Julia Priestnall5 StarThe briefcase was in need of stitching and cleaning and restoring. David restitched it all, carefully selecting a thread colour close to the original. He removed the fasteners so we could take them to the electro platers. He improved the leather using mink oil. Next job is for him to refix the replated fasteners. Richard Beard5 StarHad a jacket I needed altering. It wasn't something David could do himself but he kept the jacket to see if it could be done by another person. They couldn't do it either, so David suggested several other people. Why I rate it so highly is because of the fantastic customer service I received, the advice I was given and the suggestions I received.
